Not sure if this is the same song, but the song Britney spears sings which goes "Im not that inocent"..which is just a part of the song but when you play that backwards, she says "Im not to young please sleep with me" or something like that.

Oh also, Pink Floyd uses backtracking in several places on The Wall and some of their other albums.
